Fist of the North (FOTN) is not led by any singular person, but rather by the voice of everyone in the guild. This has worked for years, and will be the foundation of our guild's heirarchy in the Elder Scrolls Online experience. Since we are finally branching off into inviting new members to expand our guild, we will be taking an overall different mode of operation.

We will be forming a Council of Elders that will include the core members of the guild. They will oversee any issues, and come together to resolve any big decisions the guild must make.

Other guild rank information will be decided upon ESO guild creation at a later date.

Please note that this will not involve loot rolls, etc. It's always Need Before Greed with FOTN. Always.
